01 — Problem Statement

Three critical challenges

Product teams were drowning in fragmented tools, siloed data, and dashboards that told them nothing useful.

Lack of Actionable Insights

The dashboard presented raw data without guiding users toward meaningful actions or decisions.

Real-Time Tracking

The dashboard presented raw data without guiding users toward meaningful actions or decisions.

Fragmented Data

Data is scattered across different tools, making it hard for teams to see the full pictuق.

Cognitive Overload

Traditional dashboards prioritize data volume over visual clarity, leaving users drowning in noise instead of surfacing actionable signal.

02 — Research & Discovery

Understanding user needs

Interviews with 12 product managers and analysts revealed consistent patterns in workflow challenges and unmet needs.

Competitive Benchmak

Studied 3–4 competitor dashboards to spot gaps in clarity, hierarchy, and actionable insights.

Logos of tools outward, illustrating easy integration with no engineering required.

Analytics & Behavior Data

Analyzed user behavior and clicks to identify overload and navigation inefficiencies.

Gauge showing levels of user engagement, with tags for high and low engagement percentages.

User Interviews

5–7 interviews revealed pain points in navigation, information hierarchy, and lack of actionable guidance. FA:

Envelope containing recommendations like “Fix churn spike” and “Action,” symbolizing actionable insights.

1. Level 1: Global Context (The Framework)

This is the "Where am I?" layer. It provides navigation and identity without overwhelming the user. Sidebar Navigation: Primary navigation links (Dashboard, Products, Inbox, etc.) to switch between high-level views. Top Header: Global search bar, notifications, settings, and the User Profile (Moti Hemati). It establishes who is viewing the data and provides global tools.

2. Level 2: Executive Pulse (The "How are we doing?" Layer)
3. Level 3: Deep Insights (The "Why is it happening?" Layer)
4. Level 4: Operational Breakdown (The "What next?" Layer)

5 - Wireframes

Low-fidelity exploration

Before moving to high-fidelity design, the layout and information hierarchy were validated through wireframes — focusing on structure and flow.
